🚨 URGENT COMMUNITY ALERT: SERIAL PERPETRATOR IN SEAPARK 🚨
Residents of Seapark/Ocean Drive, please be on high alert. A dangerous individual has targeted a 94-year-old resident three times in the last 10 days. The situation is escalating in frequency and violence.
The Incidents:
• Incident 1: Suspect broke in, acted with extreme aggression, and physically dragged the victim between rooms, causing significant bruising. He stole her savings, TV, and phone.
• Incident 2: The following day, the suspect returned to steal her replacement phone and remaining food.
• Incident 3 (1 April): The suspect returned armed with a knife. He fled only after the panic button was triggered.
Perpetrator Profile:
• Description: Young Black male, extremely thin build.
• Behavior: Calculated, aggressive, and undeterred by security beams or alarms.
• Attire: Initially shirtless in shorts; later seen wearing a black balaclava.
• Location: Corner of Pumula Terrace & Southport Road.
⚠️ CRITICAL: We believe this individual is monitoring the property from the surrounding bushes. He is aware of the victim’s routine and vulnerability.
Action Required:
If you see anyone matching this description or loitering in the area, do not approach. Contact Laser Security or SAPS immediately. Please check your CCTV/Ring cameras if you live on Pumula Terrace or Southport Road.
