Area: Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng Position Available: Call Centre Operator
Reporting To: NOC Manager
Are you calm under pressure, a great communicator, and willing to work shifts? We’re looking for a dedicated Call Centre Operator to provide 24/7 support to our clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and assist clients with queries and emergencies
• Provide support related to vehicle tracking systems and services
• Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents in real time
• Assist technicians and internal teams when required
• Log all calls and maintain accurate records
• Ensure clients receive fast, professional, and reliable assistance
• Work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
🔹 Requirements:
• Previous call centre or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work 12 hours shifts
• Experience in tracking/security environment will be an advantage
