Another solar installation successfully completed in Langebaan!

With the area still experiencing power outages, this client wanted reliable backup power — but they also wanted their solar investment to make a meaningful dent in their monthly electricity bill. 💰☀️

After assessing the property and roof layout, we designed the PV array across 2 separate strings, allowing the system to take advantage of early morning sun as well as late afternoon sun. 🌅➡️☀️➡️🌇

The system consists of:

☀️ 10 × 590W LONGi Solar Panels – 5.9kWp PV
⚡ 6.5kW LuxPower SNA Pro Inverter
🔋 15kWh LuxPower Battery Storage

Another successful installation completed in Vredenburg! 🙌

This client initially reached out to us through Facebook. We arranged a site inspection, assessed the client’s energy requirements and carefully evaluated the roof layout and available roof space, as this directly influenced the PV placement and string configuration.

After completing our assessment, we designed and installed:

⚡ 6.5kW LuxPower SNA Pro Inverter – IP65 rated
🔋 15kWh LuxPower Lithium Battery
☀️ 10 × 580W Enersol Solar Panels – 5.8kWp PV

The solar panels and strings were configured around the available roof layout to ensure the system operates as efficiently as possible. ☀️⚡

With 5.8kWp of PV and 15kWh of battery storage, the client can make better use of solar energy during the day while storing excess energy for use when needed. 🔋🏡

Another exciting solar installation completed in Langebaan! 🌊☀️

This client works from home, which means a large portion of their electricity consumption happens during the day. The goal was therefore not just to install solar, but to build a system that suits their current needs while leaving plenty of room for future expansion.

⚡ The system includes:
• 16kW Deye Hybrid Inverter
• 2 × 5.12kWh Deye Lithium Batteries – 10.24kWh storage
• 12 × 620W Tier 1 Solar Panels – 7.44kWp PV array

But it’s what’s behind the installation that matters too. 👌

Each battery was fitted with its own 100A fuse disconnector, while the inverter’s charge and discharge limits were configured according to the battery specifications. We also installed a dedicated battery busbar box, making provision for additional batteries to be added neatly and safely in future.

With the 16kW Deye at the heart of the system, the client has a strong foundation to expand both the PV array and battery storage as their requirements grow. ☀️🔋
