. A small fishing boat carefully manoeuvres a platform ‘duiker’ closer to another, preparing for the transfer of the container. With careful coordination, the platforms are brought closer to each other, allowing the container to be safely moved from one platform to the other. The platform with the container on will be towed with a bigger fishing boat to Cape Town.

: After harvesting, the are placed in baskets, counted and cleaned using high pressure ocean water. They are then transported in a refrigerated truck to a facility where they are weighted and sized. If there are active orders they are immediately packed and shipped, otherwise they are safely returned to the ocean to keep them alive and fresh until new orders come in.
