CHINCO COMBUSTION CATALYST

Chinco Catalytic combustion is a simple chemical process to speed up desired oxidation reactions of coal or bio-fuels and so reduce the formation of undesired products , especially pollutant nitrogen oxide gases (NOx ), far below what can be achieved without catalysts. The Most important applications of the Chinco Catalyst are:
1. Fuel oxidation to release more heat energy;
2. Removal of NOx and SOx from the flue gas thus reducing emissions of these dangerous pollutants into the air.
3. The destruction of other pollutant gases.
4. This ‘cleanses’ the actual emission of CO2 and makes the quality/ cleanliness of co2 acceptable for tree and plant intake and thus ultimate oxygen release by nature.
5. Most Hydrocarbons are consumed in the much improved combustion process thus reducing particulate emissions considerably.
6. Lower temperature combustion thus burning out of Soot stopping the normal black acid s**t emissions through the smoke stack.
7. Manipulates the Base Acid ratio and so doing increases the ash fusion temperature.
8. Improved combustion means drier and softer more friable build-up in the boiler for much longer periods between shuts and much easier cleaning with high pressure water.
9. In Boilers more carbon is burned at a given excess air level and the potential exists for not only lower air levels to be used but for instance lowering of the coal bed in grate boilers thus major savings on fuel use will be obtained. This all takes place without the catalyst being consumed or altered in its chemical form after the reaction is complete. PTO..

MAIN FUNCTION OF CHINCO COMBUSTION CATALYST:

Our combustion catalyst is a highly refined mineral compound including Mn, Fe, Mg, Cu, etc,. Chinco is non-toxic, non-poisonous, non-combustible and non-chemical based. In the presence of carbon and oxygen the catalyst reacts to increase/improve the combustion rate. At the same time it lowers the temperature at which reaction will occur. This in itself avoids low temp evaporation and stops the escape of hydrocarbons as is usual, and rather burning them out to avoid sticky wet attachment to the inside of the boiler. Remember, the lower the ash fusion temperature of the coal-ash, the greater the tendency of ash to melt and to form clinkers plus a molten mat over the combusting coal-bed. Chinco combustion catalyst manipulates the Base/Acid Ratio and increases the ash fusion temperatures. Combustion of the coal now takes place without the normally molten ash forming a restrictive coating over the coal bed, and allowing air to pass through freely to improve the carbon/air combustion process considerably. More carbon is consumed in the combustion process leaving far less wasted/ unburnt carbon/coal in ash! [see test below]
