He has completed 15 Midmar Miles, 4 Amashova Cycle Races & 5 Comrades Marathons. He has completed the PE to E/L Open Sea Paddle Ski race and is a qualified Lifeguard. He coached his daughter throughout her sporting career during which she achieved SA Champion, Silver & Bronze medals Road Cycling in various age groups. She r
eceived Natal Colours on numerous occasions fro Track Cycling and was also Natal Champion at age group level at least 3 times. She completed 10 Midmar Miles and achieved age group champion from Swimming on numerous occasions. She was Athletics Champion at various age group levels as well as Captain of the 1st Netball Team in Grade 10. All of this was achieved under the expert coaching of Kevin
