Hello everyone. Sorry for not posting in forever.
This evening I give you my brand new orginal cocktail The Comfortable Pineapple.

In it is Dark Rum
Spiced Rum
Southern Comfort Lime
Lemon juice
And Pineapple Soda.
Garnish with a Pineapple Leaf

Happy Halloween. 👻👻👻

My family don't actually celebrate it but we decided to at least carve a pumpkin and I made some Halloween cocktails.

I give you the Zombie, sitting next to the pumpkin head. With a total of 9 ingredients, 3 of which are three different Rums. This drink is quite potent, hence the name.

Here is something new.
I was stumped and decided to put my own twist on a Mojito.

I give you the Blushing Mojito:
2 Strawberries, quatered
6-8 Spearmint leaves
Muddle both together
15ml strawberry and lime syrup
15ml lemon juice
35ml white rum
Shake over ice and strain into a collins glass.
Top with litchi sparkling water.
Garnish with a straw, strawberry and mint leaf.

So though I am a qualified Mixologist, I am not the biggest fan of whisky. However this one whisky cocktail is my favourite.

I give you the Penicillin(my variation):
45ml scotch whisky
20ml lemon juice
10ml honey syrup
Shake over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with 50ml ginger beer and float on a very special whisky(thanks Shaun King). Garnish with candied ginger on a skewer.

So first drink posting. Got this recipe from an aweome YouTube channel called Steve the Bartender.

Its called a Mandarin Vodka sour:

45ml Vodka
15ml Triple sec
15ml Passoa(passion fruit liqueur)
30ml lemon juice
30ml Naartjie juice
7.5ml simple syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 egg white.

Dry shake and then shake with ice in Shaker Tin. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with naartjie segment.
