Did you know you can blend your own wine with us at Perdeberg? Our wine blending experience gives you the chance to become a winemaker for the afternoon, with red wines, blending equipment, and enough room to taste your way towards something that feels like your own.

You’ll work through the components, adjust your blend, name it, design a label, and take the finished bottle home with you. A reminder that we have two Father’s Day celebrations planned at Perdeberg this June.

On 19 June, we’re hosting our Father’s Day Date Night with sharing tacos to start, plankie steak with vegetables and fries, and dessert to share at R395 per couple.

Then on 21 June, we’re setting the table for our Father’s Day Buffet at R350 per person, with the option to add a glass of wine from our Perdeberg Cellar collection for R40. Expect French mushroom soup with fresh ciabatta, sticky pork ribs, herb-roasted chicken thighs, yellow basmati rice, parmesan potato wedges, Mediterranean roasted vegetables, beetroot and feta salad, and classic sago pudding with custard. It’s warm, generous winter food made for the whole family to enjoy together.
