Job Title: Human Resources Clerk
Work station: Mine site 137 km away from Kasempa.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department at the mine site of our client, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- Maintain employee files, both physical and digital
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
-School certificate or equivalent required; HR certificate or Diploma.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
