We are looking for a disciplined, mature, and highly organized Operations Officer to join our growing security operations team.

The ideal candidate must be able to:
• Manage guard deployments
• Supervise field operations
• Handle incidents professionally
• Conduct site inspections
• Coordinate supervisors and officers
• Maintain discipline and operational standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and management

Minimum Requirements:
• Experience in security operations or supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
• Valid motorbike riding license is a MUST
• Valid NRC
• Must be professional, alert, and dependable
