Mealie Meal and flour milling production Plant is Crenan Milling Plant which will be established in the city of Kitwe whose aim is to service the Zambian community and its neighboring countries with essential commodities in the region. Meal meal is a material that is used to make Zambia’s main staple food which is produced from a widely and locally grown crop called Maize. Maize grain is grounded

into white powder like material which is then mixed with hot water so as to produce another material called Nshima, Zambia’s main staple food. Besides chicken feed will be produced at the production plant. The plant is expected to be producing 3000 bags of 25kg, 1000 bags of 25kg of bread flour and 500 bags of 50 kg of chicken feed per day. It will have its own fuel service station and distribution vehicles so as to reduce the cost of doing business. Crenan Milling is a member of Crenan Group of Companies.
