Our quick opinion on the structure under failure.

In first place the base structural columns where constructed hold the weigh of the building as the structure settles due to shear and compression stresses.

Another possibility for its failure could be in the way the base floor was compacted it was not done properly this made the structure to tilted shifting the weight to the affected column making it unable to withstand resultant weight.
