The world is still fighting the COVID 19 Pandemic, it will take time to get back to the way things were, and it will need us to accept to live with the pandemic and learn and adopt new ways of doing things. CIT like other companies around the world has continued to innovate and explore ways in which it can reach and help its stakeholders to continue with business and survive this era. Currently, we are taking advantage of the existing virtual meeting platforms, e-learning platforms, collaboration and co-working platforms, and information sharing platforms. So far we are helping Companies, start-ups and individuals with training on how to take advantage of Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Slack, Trello, Miro and many more tools. If you are not familiar with these tools, please contact us, and we will be able to help you and help your organization survive in these difficulty times.

Dear Friends,

COVID-19 has brought about a lot of challenges to the business communities around globe and most companies are affected by this pandemic. CIT is not an exception. With restrictions in face-to-face meetings and travels, CIT is unable to operate at full capacity.

Most of the incubation and acceleration programs we planned that needed intensive training and physical presence of the founders have been put to hold until the situation changes.
While this maybe a challenge, we see it as an opportunity to innovate and adopt new ways of doing things, and adopt online meeting platforms like Skype and zoom to be the tools to use to fulfill our commitments.

That said, we will soon roll out programs for those selected start-ups which will require the use of the tools mentioned above.

We urge you all to follow all safety precautions, maintaining social distancing and staying at home unless it is necessary to go out.

The world is facing one of the most deadly pandemics in modern history, COVID - 19 Virus. As CIT, we are equally affected by the effects of this virus. Governments, Companies, CSOs and individuals around the world have joined in the fight again the virus, and as CIT we have also joined in the fight.

On 02 April, 2020, we donated assorted items to Kitwe City Council through the Mayor's office. Below is a video of our donation and the speech from our CEO and the Mayor of Kitwe, Eng. Christopher Kang'ombe.
