I noticed this great piece of art and I reached out to the artist, Mercy, who it turns out is her birthday today. I really appreciate this wonderful piece of work. Mercy is truly talented like many Zambian youth that deserve our support.
We will promote art and avail opportunities to artists to market their work both locally and internationally as we enter government next year.
