We’re hiring: Student Recruitment Manager | Zimbabwe

Penmal Connect Ltd is expanding into Zimbabwe, and we are looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to help establish and grow our new office.

In this full-time role, you will develop recruitment strategies, build relationships with students, parents and partners, and guide students through international university applications.

We welcome applications from Zimbabwean nationals based in Zimbabwe with a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years’ experience in student recruitment, admissions or a similar field, and strong communication and counselling skills.

Join our founding team in Zimbabwe, with opportunities for professional growth and international exposure.
