Job Position: Field Loan Officer
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Loan Officer you will be tasked with identifying potential clients, overseeing and processing loan applications and ensuring customer assessment are accurate.
It is your role as a Field Loan Officer to directly interact with business owners to help them access our loan services.
Work Duties:
Help clients fill out loan applications.
Evaluate client's financial status, business capacity and repayment capabilities.
Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and make sure potential clients fully understand the terms and conditions.
Keep track and monitor performance regularly.
Report daily activities to recruiting officer.
Keep all loan records updated and accurate.
Work with the team to process loans quickly.
Promote loan products to potential clients.
