MBAGA is an initiative committed to delivering professional, high-value casual staffing solutions through our extensive network and intensive training to help clients find the right talent for their business.
What has really helped shaped the MBAGA initiative has been two model figures in my life, that make up the name MBAGA
The first being a bull - my dad - No matter how many times I shy away or run away from a challenge he has always made it a point to grab the bull by its horns - which means to deal with a difficult situation in a very direct or confident way. This means MBAGA trainees must be
Resilient as in the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties or in other words fall forward.
⭐️Hard Working
⭐️Intuitive
⭐️Reliant on their rational thinking over emotions.
The other half of the Logo or the name is from my late mom AGATHA represented by the Birds of Paradise flower. When I reflect on the many things my mother did to help people through her community school and her love for catering I am convinced that the truest beauty is in being your authentic self. This special flower embodies the confidence that it takes to stand out from the crowd. It is a reminder for myself and trainees to find their unique path and individual identity as a person. This means MBAGA trainees must
