YOUR BUSINESS SALES ARE NOT YOUR PERSONAL SALES.

In this new year, 2024- one clear distinguish you must make is that: YOU ARE NOT YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT YOU.

Thats the reason when we register companies for clients; we recommend a private limited company by shares. Even if you register a business name (which implies oneness between you and your business) we advise with time- that you seperate yourself from your business. Legal reasons aside; we also try to instill a MINDSET in our clientele that there is a clear DISTINCTION between YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS.

The sales that your business makes are not for you- in principal. While you may OWN the business, via majority shareholding, allow the business to have a life of its own.

IF POSSIBLE PUT YOURSELF ON A SALARY AND EARN EVERY KWACHA THAT THE BUSINESS REMITS TO YOU. Reach a level of maturity where you can be broke as a person but the business is in excess of hundreds of thousands.

In summation- the business sales are not your personal/family sales. If you want put a reward structure that sends money into your personal account once the Business sales hit a specific threshold.

MONTHLY BUSINESS SEMINARS- JANUARY EDITION.

SELL- BY ANY LEGAL MEANS NECESSARY.

Allow me to share a few thoughts from a subject i was teaching on; in our WEALTH CREATORS whatsapp group.

In the book, 'The Magic of Thinking Big' there is a disease the author refers to as EXCUSITIS- the disease of always giving excuses. How many times have we become experts at giving excuses pertaining to our current situations in life? Am not intelligent enough, am not beautiful enough, maybe if my parents werent poor, if my dad wasnt laid off etc.

Irrespective of situations, understand that you will always be faced with two options: give an excuse and settle or find one valid reason that inspires faith and continue marching forward.

The story of Cain in Genesis 4 gave me a profound deliverance through knowledge. Post killing Abel- Cain was CURSED BY GOD; not man, but by GOD- remember that. They only bargain he made was- ALLOW ME TO LIVE, MAY I NOT BE KILLED. Something interesting happens thereafter. In verse 17, we are told he has a child Enoch, goes on to BUILD A CITY and names it after his son.

Ponder on this for a moment: A MAN CURSED BY GOD WENT ON TO BUILD A CITY. Not a small business- A CITY.

What is your excuse? I repeat; what is your excuse? Am i disparaging the place of the Blessing of God- NO. The point is he had every excuse to fold his hand in one corner and cry for eternity.

Look at how people have glorified the place of excuses in their lives. In sales, you will face rejection, hear the word NO, get insulted and be called all sorts of names- KEEP MOVING. You have no excuse until you CLOSE.

Quite a controversial post neh? But am sure you have gotten the 'honey' from the carcass.
