Strengthening Our Team | Delivering Quality

Our Audit Team recently came together at the Lusaka Office for a focused training and year-in-review session.

The programme brought together our audit professionals to reflect on experiences from the past year, share practical insights from engagements, reinforce our audit methodology and technical capabilities, and align on priorities for the period ahead.

The sessions were attended by a broad team of audit professionals, including Lusaka Office Partner, Steve Chibwe, and Quality and Training Partner, Ms. Thulile Kavimba, demonstrating the depth of expertise, leadership and resources supporting our audit engagements.

Bringing our people together also provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration across teams and reinforce a consistent approach to audit quality.

A reflection of our CSR Day, filled with Compassion, Connection & Community ❤️🤝

As part of PKF Humanitarian 2026 and our ongoing CSR initiatives, PKF Zambia marked its CSR Day under the theme “PKF Zambia Cares for the People and the Environment.”

The day began with our Managing Partner, Mr. Antony C. Ranjan, donating blood at the Livingstone University Teaching Hospital Blood Bank. As a regular blood donor, Mr. Ranjan continues to encourage others, including PKF staff, to donate blood and help save lives. His commitment set the tone for a day focused on service, compassion and giving back to the community.

PKF Zambia staff, together with volunteers from PKF Arsilon in France, also spent time with residents of Maramba Old People’s Home, where they shared a meal and connected with the residents.

The team later visited Lubasi Home and Lushomo Danis Trust Home, where assorted food items and groceries were donated. Beyond the donations, our teams spent meaningful time with the children, sharing a meal, interacting and enjoying a friendly football match between PKF Zambia and Lubasi & Lushomo Homes. ⚽❤️

The day was a reminder that giving back is about more than what we donate. It is also about being present, building genuine connections and sharing moments that matter.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making the day a success. Together, we continue to give back, connect with our communities and make a positive difference. ❤️

Empowering Skills, Creating Opportunities, Building Futures 🌱🤝

As part of PKF Humanitarian 2026 and our ongoing CSR activities, volunteers from PKF Arsilon had the opportunity to visit Grace Centre, a skills development centre based in Kazungula, founded by our Managing Partner, Mr. Antony Ranjan.

Grace Centre was initially started to provide skills training to girls at risk of s*xual abuse and s*x trafficing with skills such as tailoring, catering and computers. The Centre is now expanding to other training including carparentry and brickaying and also includes boys in their training.

The visit provided an opportunity for our volunteers to interact with the people at the centre, learn more about the skills development initiatives taking place and witness first-hand how practical skills and community-focused programmes can create pathways towards greater independence and opportunity.

A key highlight of the visit was the handover of funds to the Village Empowerment Fund. An initiative by our Managing Partner, Mr. Ranjan, dedicated to supporting women’s groups from surrounding villages by providing zero interest loans to help them start or grow their own business through.

By investing in women and equipping communities with the resources they need to build sustainable livelihoods, initiatives such as these demonstrate that meaningful empowerment is not simply about giving, it is about creating opportunities that can continue to make a difference long after the initial support is given.

We are grateful to the PKF Arsilon volunteers for being part of these meaningful engagements and for helping carry forward a spirit of compassion, empowerment, and community development.

Giving With Purpose, Sharing With Heart ❤️

As part of PKF Humanitarian 2026 and our ongoing CSR activities, volunteers from PKF Arsilon came together to make meaningful donations and handovers to Lubasi Home and Lushomo Danis Trust Home.

The donations included laptops, stationery, toys, and many other essential items, each representing more than just a contribution but also a reminder that care, kindness, and generosity can create meaningful moments and lasting impact.

From resources that can support learning and development, to toys that bring smiles and moments of joy, these gestures reflect the spirit of giving that lies at the heart of our humanitarian efforts.

We are deeply grateful to the PKF Arsilon for extending their generosity and taking the time to connect with the community and the people we serve.

Because sometimes, a simple gift can open a door to opportunity, bring a smile to a child's face, and remind someone that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

As part of the PKF Humanitarian Program 2026, together with volunteers from PKF Arsilon, the Lushomo Trust and Lubasi Home, came together at the Livingstone Civic Centre for a feeding programme supporting members of the Livingstone community living with various mental health conditions.

Led by our Managing Partner, Mr. Antony Ranjan, this initiative reflects our continued commitment to extending care, compassion and dignity to those who need it most. Through shared meals and these acts of kindness, we are reminded that every person deserves to feel valued, respected and dignified.

The feeding programme was initiated by Mr. Ranjan four years ago and has been personally financed by him to provide nutritious meals to mentally challenged patients from across the Livingstone community. In a further demonstration of his commitment, the programme is now being expanded from three feeding days per week to Tuesday through Friday, enabling it to reach and support the community more consistently.

We are especially grateful to the volunteers from PKF Arsilon for joining us in this meaningful initiative to serve the meals, as well as to the teams from Lushomo Trust and Lubasi Home for their continued support.

Together, we can help build a more caring, compassionate and inclusive community.
