Many times people seek good leadership while we know for sure that there are no good or bad leaders but efficient and effective leadership is what brings change. No one person is a good leader but can only be effective keeping in mind what it takes to be good.

We need to Enhance Civil Society's engagement in budgeting processes........when Civil society and others lack access to budget information and opportunities as a basses to engage in the process of budgeting, it opens doors for the Executive to choose unpopular and inappropriate programs, waste money, and tolerate or engage in corruption.

With Government and Civil Society confused about the mode of adopting the Constitution, which really at this point we should not be debating, I see an ordinary Zambian getting more confused. Should Zambia go to the polls next year without the constitution, Civil Society should be accountable to Zambians
