Six years ago, the Eswatini Service Excellence Awards Committee, after organising themselves to commence the journey, called me in to assist in the setting up and launching of the first ever Eswatini Customer Service Week Commemorations and Awards. By then, as SADC Business Development Director for Cicmaglobal, i had successfully set operations in 3 other countries within SADC, that is, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia. I came in and with an exceptional team led by Dr Oliver Museka, prepared, launched and executed the first Eswatini CSweek and CS Awards. Six years down the line, i am proud to see how this has grown with resounding support within the Kingdom of Eswatini.
There are very few things that gives natural intrinsic rewards and satisfaction. One of them is creating something and watching it grow and soaring high. I did not put all the work but my contribution was appreciated then and is still appreciated now. As the Chief Adjudicator of the 6th Edition of the Eswatini Service Excellence Awards, i would like to congratulate all the winners, finalists and nominees. Looking forward to greater things next year.

Took a tour of the Victoria Falls with Yvonne McCarthy. Yvonne is from Ghana, she is the Founder and President of the Institute of Customer Service Professionals (ICSP Ghana). She is also Board Chair of the Western African Association of Customer Service Professionals.

It was good hosting her and giving her a tour. The knowledge shared in the short time she was in Zambia was invaluable! But i certainly hope we gave her a memorable experience in Zambia...!
