I once judged a colleague as "lazy" because they struggled to meet deadlines. But later, I discovered they were dealing with a chronic illness that made it difficult to keep up with the workload. My assumption was not only wrong but also harmful.

We often label people without understanding their struggles. We assume someone is "flaky" or "unreliable" without knowing their battles. We judge people as "selfish" or "uncaring" without seeing the full picture.

Let's avoid labeling people. Instead, let's ask questions, listen actively, and seek to understand their perspective. We never know what someone's going through until we take the time to understand their struggles.

Don't let labels ruin relationships. Choose empathy and understanding instead. You never know the impact it could have on someone's life.

Remember, labels are like blinders that prevent us from seeing the truth. Let's remove our blinders and choose compassion over judgment.
