Happy Africa Freedom Day!

True liberation is a multi-dimensional puzzle. We cannot claim full independence until every piece of our society is thriving and free.

To me, a fully liberated Africa means:

1. GENDER EQUALITY: Eradicating barriers so women drive leadership and economic growth.

2. ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Building local businesses that create sustainable wealth.

3. ARTS AND CULTURE: Owning our narratives and celebrating our heritage on global stages.

4. LITERACY AND EDUCATION: Equipping particularly the young people with tools to solve tomorrow's challenges.

5. CONSERVATION: Protecting our wildlife and natural spaces for generations to come.

6. SPORT AND COMMUNITY: Harnessing the power of teamwork to unite and develop our local neighborhoods.

Liberation is not just our history; it is our daily work. May we continue to build an inclusive, sustainable future together. ✊✊✊🌍

REST IS NOT LAZINESS, IT'S PREPARATION.

True success is a result of overcoming failure, hurdles, roadblocks and challenges. Every Sunday is essentially the universe saying, refill before you pour again.

After a busy week, I am resting, reflecting, letting it all sink in and allowing the growth process. Like a seed, that must first be buried in the soil before it can sprout.

So wherever you are this moment, I hope you find at least one moment of stillness before Monday and the new week comes knocking.

What an eye-opening experience! A huge thank you to WEAC Zambia and the U.S. Embassy Zambia for the incredible opportunity to participate in the AI and Digital Tools training. 🇿🇲✨

As someone deeply passionate about gender, development, and entrepreneurship, I know that digital literacy is the ultimate equalizer. This workshop has shown me exactly how AI can:
✅ Empower women-led SMEs: Using automation to save time and scale business operations.
✅ Enhance development advocacy: Creating more impactful, data-driven content for gender equality.
✅ Drive innovation: Using digital tools to solve local challenges in our entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Met up with Mulenga Chimba, Mulenga runs a business that links local farmers to farming equipment. For example, you are a farmer and need to hire a tractor, Mulenga's platform will link you to those hiring out tractors in your area. Both of us have continued to benefit from US Embassy Zambia programs for years through WEAC I Zambia.
