Day 3 - Annual Business Conference
The 2025 Annual Business Conference concluded with a powerful and insightful final day, blending high-level strategy with essential personal well-being themes. Under the chairmanship of Mr. mpangwe kasonso, the morning began with prof pinalo chifwanakeni’s compelling discussion on adaptability and agility in entrepreneurship, where he outlined transformational leadership strategies essential for navigating today’s tech-driven world.
Ms. Thulile Kavimba followed with an engaging presentation on the balance between organizational culture and service quality, emphasizing that both elements are crucial for sustainable success. After a plenary session, the focus shifted to health and wellness, with physiotherapist Ms. Angela C Mwenya delivering an impactful talk on the transformative power of exercise, focusing on heart health and overall well-being as foundations for professional performance.
