Business & Strategic Review Meeting 2025-
OMC Group

On Friday, 19th December 2025, together with our sister company OMC Pharmacy , we held a Business & Strategic Review Meeting at Taj Pamodzi Hotel, Lusaka.

We reflected on our 2025 performance-celebrating successes, acknowledging challenges, and drawing lessons as we strengthen our foundation for 2026–2029.

Special thanks to Mr. Chavunga Lungu, Executive Director for Strateffect Advisory, Mr. Kamuchizya Mutambo, and Mr. Suzyo Phiri for their valuable insights on strategy, leadership, and growth.

We also communicated key leadership updates: our Founder & CEO Mr. Obbie Musunga Chomba has stepped down to pursue public office, and Dr. Mwila M. Joseph has been appointed Acting CEO, in addition to his role as Operations & Regulatory Manager.

Grateful to our teams for their dedication and resilience as we continue to grow within Zambia’s healthcare sector.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

Over the past two years, as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to building a community of leaders, OMC Health Solutions has proudly partnered with BeRelevant Afrika through their Accelerated Leadership Development Program.
