One simple way many people enjoy cayenne pepper is as a warming drink:

🥄 ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
💧 ½ glass of water
🫒 Optional: 1 teaspoon olive oil
🍋 Or replace plain water with warm lemon water for extra flavor

Many people say it helps them feel energized, warmed up, and refreshed. Cayenne contains capsaicin, the natural compound that gives it its heat.

Important: Start with a much smaller amount if you’re new to cayenne—it can be very strong and may irritate the mouth, throat, or stomach. Avoid if you have ulcers, reflux, or sensitivity to spicy foods.

Simple rosemary tea:

1. Boil water

4. Strain and drink

Tip:

You can add Lemon or Honey for taste. And always use in Moderation
