For several years, Kabanana Ward 27 has experienced limited attention from the UPND. Residents continue to contend with poor road infrastructure, inadequate drainage systems, limited access to clean water, and high unemployment, with little tangible improvement in their communities. Many residents feel that commitments made during previous campaigns have not resulted in meaningful development.

The people of Kabanana deserve leadership that listens, responds, and delivers practical solutions. It is time to prioritize community development, strengthen essential services, and create opportunities that improve the lives of every household. The future of Kabanana Ward 27 must be built on action, accountability, and genuine service to the people.

A key strategy for transforming the ward's economy is the Local Economic Multiplier Effect. This approach focuses on ensuring that money spent within Kabanana continues to circulate within the community by supporting local businesses, employing local residents, sourcing goods and services locally where practical, and promoting entrepreneurship. By keeping more economic activity within the ward, household incomes can rise, small businesses can grow, jobs can be created, and sustainable community development can be achieved.

We will bring a real local ward development program in kabanana ward 27.

Listening to the concerns of the community and developing practical, sustainable solutions remains at the heart of our commitment. Through the skills multiplier effect, we believe that equipping individuals with knowledge and practical skills creates a ripple effect, those who are trained empower others, communities become more self-reliant, and development is sustained from within. Together, we are building stronger communities through solutions that create lasting impact.

Yours in service

Yesterday, Kabanana Ward 27 had the privilege of hosting aspiring Mandevu Member of Parliament Hon. Jean Kapata, aspiring Lusaka Mayor Gabriel Kibombwe, and aspiring Councillor for Kabanana Ward 27, Eugene Ngoya.

The visit reaffirmed our shared commitment to community development and service delivery. As development-oriented leaders and technocrats, we remain dedicated to improving the livelihoods of the people of Kabanana Ward 27, the entire Mandevu Constituency, and the residents of Lusaka at large.

Together, we will continue championing initiatives that promote access to clean water, better road infrastructure, youth and women empowerment, job creation, and sustainable community development. Our focus is on delivering practical solutions that improve the quality of life for every resident.
