OVERLOOKED INDUSTRY FOR BIG WINNERS
In Zambia it is so hard to move on from poverty to being wealthy even though we have got more natural resources resources than most of the countries in Africa. Despite having much resources we seem to have much pride which have blinded our mind to thinking successfully.
HORTICULTURE is one of the agricultural component which can make one Zambian a millionaire just in a single year and agriculture industry especially Livestock and horticulture are the components which have made foreign investors even richer and became leading employers in Zambia. Now it's high time people have to realise their potential to became millionaires just like any other foreign investor. Therefore, just try also to Venture and invest in horticulture(gardening) today and I believe you will never regret it. Nevertheless note that Even though gardening is a rightful investment as an entrepreneur never forget that "a right product choice is a successful decision". Find out which products or crops are yielding much on the market, conduct a market survey countrywide and then don't be afraid to risk your capital. Grow bigger portions from a Hector to 2or 3 with extreme management then you will live to tell the story.

PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH
Psychological health relates to how people express their emotions, cope with stress, adversity, success and adapt to changes in themselves, environment as well as to their cognitive functioning. However the most accepted view is that the way we think can directly change our performance towards any activity we would want to initiate ourselves into.
A psychological health person is not perfect. He/she has his/her share of problems, flaws and mistakes. The way he/she perceives him/herself and how he/she cope with stress and problems is what separates such an individual from unhealthy people. A psychological health person accepts others, expresses empathy and concern for others.......

In life U don't need to remain th same way, don't do things just bcoz it has been th error or tradition of yo pipo, family or tribal culture. Be a difference to yo own self, yo family, community and society at large. Know this it's not wat pipo say but wat think of yo self, U are standing on yo own way, U are th greatest barrier to yoself, yo ineffective/dormant mind is th heaviest load U have ever lifted and it's U to create a vacuum/opportunities and change which makes a definitive distinction through th decisions U make. Think big and U will be limitless, it's hard to start but once U lay th foundation it's hard to loose it. Be smart in your brain even though U work and getting th biggest salary if U don't have a functioning brain enabling U to plan and be financially disciplined, U are bound to be poor/fail once U exit employment. To be successful it doesn't need millions for capital but it needs a smart business mind with sustainable enthusiasm to do something successfully

THE CONSTITUTION
Today will discuss it school wise!
A constitution is a tool to help an organisation and its members understand how they will govern themselves. However, the student union operates under the regulations set forth in the constitution of the undergraduate student body of the college.
This document outlines the structure and duties of each organisation as well as the way in which funds are to be allocated and used. The student union is a complex organisation that strives to meet the needs of the student body through the effective and devoted leadership, but this would not be possible without the guidance of this document
A constitution is student written and amended to meet the changing needs of the student body, hence when writing, write with appreciation and sense to respect it thereafter.

GRADUATES WHAT COULD BE THE SOLUTION
Today graduates are becoming the leading street and village occupants, which I believe is as a result of poor career decision. When they finish their scholarships if not employed by the government or any private institution in line to their profession, they remain wondering in the society. Now graduates how better are you to those who never went to school? However, let's make the best out of our profession, intellectual resource and all the same learn to choose helpful career ( entrepreneur related) so that even when not employed as to our hopes, we can still make something productive out of ourselves and influence the society towards our innovation and rather improve the surface standard within the society
