Your gut does a lot more than you think, it plays a key role in digestion, immunity, mood regulation, and even energy levels throughout the day. Teas like green, black, and oolong are rich in polyphenols that act as prebiotics, helping to feed beneficial gut bacteria and support a balanced microbiome. Herbal infusions such as ginger and peppermint are also known to ease bloating and support smoother digestion after meals.

A simple cup of tea can become a daily ritual that supports wellbeing from the inside out.

What’s your go-to tea for a happier gut?
