Aka Four-Seven Security Services AFSSS brings “Safety” and “Security” in the nation of Zambia with advanced technology and operation. It is a great pleasure for me as CEO of AFSSS to deliver this great service to Zambia. I have served in the Zambia Police for over 10 years. Three years ago, my partner and I started this company with one thing in mind; to provide a unique strategic security service that really understands the concept of crime prevention and the importance of customer service.
At AFSSS, we understand the importance of portraying a professional image at all times. We recognize the vital impact that a professional level of service, coupled with strong communication skills, has on a company’s reputation. For AFSSS, it all starts from the moment an employee is hired. Once hired, regardless of their prior work experience, and prior to being assigned to a post, our officers receive additional training in the field of crime prevention, interpersonal skills and customer service. Once assigned to a post, a security officer is responsible for meeting all of our client’s expectations by complying with all written and/or verbal post orders.
At AFSSS we understand that we need to be flexible and responsive to our clients’ sudden or unexpected needs. Our security officers are trained and expected to adapt to sudden change and emergency events. We believe in going the extra mile for our clients and the communities we serve.
