📖 About This Day

Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated on the 10th day of Dhul-Hijjah. It commemorates the devotion and willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to sacrifice his son Ismail (AS) in obedience to Allah.

📜 Historical Significance

Allah replaced Ismail with a ram, demonstrating that obedience and faith are accepted by Allah. This day reminds Muslims of devotion, gratitude, and charity. Families sacrifice an animal (Qurbani) and distribute the meat to relatives, neighbors, and the needy.
