🍋 Lemon-Garlic Grilled Tilapia
Ingredients:

4 tilapia fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Fish: Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Grill the Tilapia: Remove the fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Transfer the grilled tilapia to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices and additional parsley if desired. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

BBQ'D BREAM & AN EARTHY GREEN SALAD

Zambia Has the most yummy Kariba Bream!

If you are craving to try something different, why not try a nice smoky bbq'd affair. Personally I love to slicing my bream and basted it with a homemade Sause that was made with yummy Citrus flavors and pineapple chutney.

If your trying so hard to ditch the Carbs, red meat and find healthy ways of preparing your food, then fish is perfect alternative.

So I paired my fish with an earthy green salad packed with lettuce, sweet basil, Avocado and tomato... Todays Meal was absolutely delightful!! Give this one a try
