Dear my fellow mother's,let's chat a bit if is normal to mistreat your house keepers whom you leave the children with,or your house with.you come from work you find she has cooked food you eat happily joking and laughing.Lets us treat them well becouse they are part of the family also these house keepers we need their hand to help as ,some their younger sister are busy with school,colleges and some are married also they have their families to look after.By the end of the day we need each other.Have a good blessed working day and God bless you all .

House keepers they do help us mothers ,without them you can't be a working class.you leave a small baby at home and you are in the office busy working as a secretary to the mp. Becouse their is someone looking after your baby.These helpers not every thing is bad of them.

These house keepers are very helpful in us mothers,without them we can't report to our offices,eg you have a small baby after leave ready to report your office your sister in- law has reported to school may college.And a village sister also wants to get married now what can you do? in your mind what come first is to look for a helper so we need each other in life .Maid's are great people in life they are all not bad.

Members in consultation with the most representative organizations of employers and workers and,where they exist,with organization representative of domestic workers and those representative of employers of domestic workers,should take measures,such as to,such to: protect domestic workers by eliminating or minimizing,so far as is reasonably practicable,work-related hazards and risk ,in order to prevent injuries,diseases and deaths and promote occupational safety and health in the house hold work place(B) provide an adequate and appropriate system of inspection,consistent with ( Article 17) of the Convention and adequate penalties for violation of occupational safety and health laws and regulations.

Hello family,I want just talk about these domestic workers.The domestic are very helpful to say the truth no one is perfect ,these people they have tasks to do(eg) fetching water and fire wood clients come from different locations.Babysitting, caregiver, cleaning the house,cooking,washing cloths,ironing and many more in the house.Is what we call home management so they have to be looked after very well at the end of the day we need each other in life.is just a name to be called maid's they are like those working in office we have the same kwacha paid.and we are all human beings sure.
