MAIN DUTIES ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Design, prepare and develop teaching materials;
• Deliver lectures, tutorials in respective courses;
• Provide effective advice, guidance and feedback to student to support their progress;
• Set assessments;
• Prepare model answers and marking key;
• Update the program outline and syllabus in the respective course
• Attend academic meetings when they are convened;
• Participate in supervising students on research projects and
• Write periodic academic performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:
 Grade 12 Certificate
 Minimum of master’s degree in respective field of study
 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) will be an added advantage
 Diploma in Teaching Methodology from a recognized training institution will also be an added advantage
 Field and/or lecturing experiences of not less than 2 years:
KEY ATTRIBUTES
 Display high levels of integrity and trustworthiness;
 Excellent interpersonal skills;
 Computer literate; and excellent public speaking and presentation skills
