Samosa dough;

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup water

For filling;

250 gr minced meat
50 gr onion
50 gr carrot
50 gr spring onion
50 gr red yellow and green bell pepper
Chilli flakes
Vegetable seasoning
Salt

Flour glue;

1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water
