Proposed Three bedroom house, simple, cost conscious but aesthetically pleasing.

The house is a specious three bedroom house, which boosts of a open plan relationship amongst the Kitchen, dining and lounge. It has a breakfast nook, one common bath with washing machine provision and the main bedroom is self contained.
It sits on a 15m by 20m plot.
