The future however belongs to those who are willing to share in its shaping.
For example, research suggests that there is a both a skills deficiency and skills decay in almost every industry.
The need for new, was never smelled early enough, but with improved learning technologies, the gap can be narrowed.
The skills needed for running the work organization now are very unique and non-post-industrialization like. They cut through production to efficiency, but impact and contribution will be a great measure of success.
From industry to industry, the fourth industry revolution is no longer a topic, it’s a norm.
The entrepreneurship and small business sectors have more than doubled in business registrations than any other time in history.
The uncovering of the fault lines in organizational leadership is focused on people, systems and amalgamation of technology.
Leadership is dedicated more on not showing the way but in using teams to discover optimization by moving together, fast.
In terms of organizational leadership and foresight, the failure to pick up the pace is the bold spelling for doomsday.
