Job description
The driver will be responsible of transporting workers during the working hours in addition to picking and taking workers home after work.
Task
Check the condition of a vehicle’s tires, brakes, winshield wipers, oil, lights, fuel, water, and safety equipments to ensure that everything is in working condition.
Comply with traffic regulations to operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
Follow safety rules as workers board or exit the vehicle
Keep vehicle interior clean for workers
Maintain knowledge of first aid procedures
Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of trips, hours worked, mileage, or fuel consumption.
Report any vehicle malfunctions or repairs needed.

Qualification and requirements
Valid and clean driver’s license
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to control operations of equipment or system, to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure the vehicle is working properly.
One year continuous experience in driving an added advantage
Competencies
Dependability- the job requires being reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations
Self control- job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.

TIME CONSUMPTION OF RECRUITMENTS
Every company or organization would face a time when they will have to recruit new candidates to fill permanently or temporally positions arisen. This is quite a process as the firm would have to form job specifications, advertise, go through the application letters and shortlist, interview, and select a candidate(s) with satisfying attributes, plus more. This consumes much of the firms resources as time and attention would have to be paid to a huge stock of application letters through to the selection point: prior to that, it is evident that firms rush in building up the job specifications, and others may copy from what other Organizations have specified their jobs. This is the point that most firms have not paid much attention to as most of them would believe that positions in firms producing the same products and services should literally be filled with candidates possessing same specifications: which should not be the case. In the first place, we should understand that each firm has its own system and techniques on how to work; and individuals should have a certain frame of attributes unique to each system if output is to be maximized: this requires an expert who will intensively study the system of the firm and eventually formulate specifications and advertise.
Does a firm have time to go through the bunch of application letters and shortlist the best possible candidates?
