At Home
- Use reusable shopping bags, bottles, and food containers.
- Buy only what you need to reduce food waste.
- Compost vegetable peels and other organic waste for gardening.
- Reuse jars, boxes, and containers for storage.
- Repair items instead of throwing them away immediately.
- Donate clothes, furniture, and electronics you no longer use.
- Separate waste into recyclable and non-recyclable bins.
- Avoid single-use plastics such as disposable cups and straws. Use biodegradable if available
- Use both sides of paper before discarding it.
- Plan meals to reduce leftover food waste.
At the Office
- Encourage digital communication instead of printing documents.
- Print only when necessary and use double-sided printing.
- Place clearly labeled recycling bins around the workplace.
