As You Rise….. Don’t disqualify yourself before you apply!
It’s January, and many companies are looking to hire… yet many times we see job adverts and we don’t apply because we’re afraid we don’t meet every requirement.
But like most things in life, we often disqualify ourselves from the race before it even starts. We decide “no” for ourselves. We sit out, not because we can’t run, but because we’re scared we won’t win.
Stop disqualifying yourself. If you meet even a few of the requirements, apply anyway. Let the recruiter decide.
