SHOP SALES ASSISTANT WANTED
A full time position has become available within our organisation for a shop sales assistant with a minimum of at least 1 year in a similar role.
Do you enjoy talking to people, a good listener, friendly, and great at customer services? Do you have knowledge of Excel, Word or good at Social Media marketing? We may be interested in you.
The right person should be able to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our retail store.
This includes ;
* Greeting customers,
* Assisting with product selection,
* Handling sales transactions,
* Maintaining the store's appearance,
* Managing inventory.
* Updating our Social Media Pages and responding to online enquiries
* Liaising with suppliers and receiving new stock
This role also includes the responsibility for answering customer queries, resolving complaints, and contributing to a positive shopping experience
