Look who dropped by the workspace! 👀🚀

Huge thank you to for stopping by to check out what we’re building here. Building the future of our digital ecosystem relies heavily on community, collaboration, and mutual support. 🌐

Danny has been doing incredible work in the tech space, breaking down complex tech trends and making digital content engaging for everyone in Zimbabwe.

From catching up at ZITF to having a chat-walk through our doors, it’s amazing to see how the tech community connects, right here in Bulawayo!

He did an awesome walkthrough of our setup and showed pure love for the Digital-Meet (ex Tech Meet), and our Digital skills development movement.

We are incredibly grateful for the shout-out and the visit, Danny! 🚀

Check out his full walkthrough in the video below, and make sure you’re following him for your daily dose of top-tier tech content.

🪘Africa Day 2026 | Rooted in history, driving the future.

If the story of humanity taught us anything, it’s that Africa is the ultimate masterclass in resilience and evolution.

This Africa Day, we’re celebrating the incredible journey of growth, creativity and connection that defines our continent. In our space, that means honoring the collaborative energy, diverse talents, and relentless drive that our community brings to the table every single day.

We are proud of Where We Come From, and even more excited about where we are going. Happy Africa day from the Flexiwork Workspace family 🥳🌍

The Architect and the Dreamer: Hilda Machando ☁️✨

This women’s month, we are celebrating the visionaries and leaders in our community.

As one of the leaders of the AWS User Group Zimbabwe, IT and Operational Risk Specialist at CABS and the ISACA Harare Chapter SheLeads Tech Chairwoman, Hilda is at the forefront of cloud innovation and security in Zimbabwe.

We were honoured to have her lead the AWS session at our Tech Meet at FlexiWork Workspace (now Digital Meet Bulawayo hosted by FlexiWork Workspace) where she shared expert insights on Cloud Security, Governance, and Risk Management with our students, practitioners and explorers community.

Hilda isn’t just a leader; she’s a builder!

With Big Data Analytics and a deep background in Cloud Architecture, she is a driving force behind the digital transformation we love to see in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and beyond.

This Women’s Month, we asked her to go deeper than the professional credentials and her response reminded us that leadership isn’t just about the titles we hold, but the people we are when the screens go dark.

In Hilda’s words:
“I know my bio talks about my professional achievements, but this month I’m taking time to appreciate who I am as a person. Stripped down, I am a daughter, a ‘forever daddy’s girl,’ and a freshly minted wife.

I am a culmination of the little girl who used to daydream about a future beyond her imagination. That girl is now living those dreams because of the strong women who came before her - women who were always so much more than their roles.

Happy Women’s Month to all the women who make it possible for me to be who I am today. ❤️”

At FlexiWork Workspace, we believe the best “Infrastructure” we can build is a community where women like Hilda can bring their whole selves to the table.
