Dear Entrepreneur,

The best way to create quality customer service is to treat your employees right. One of my mentors always said,

"Your first customers are your employees, the rest are referrals."

This means that a happy and satisfied employee is a better brand ambassador than a social influencer. I've worked in an FMCG company where employee wellbeing was the highest priority. By the time I left the company, everyone around me was using the company's products. I even offered free products to some of my friends and was immensely proud to be a part of it.
Imagine a finance personnel becoming a marketer, salesman, and brand ambassador simply because they were treated well.

What more could a marketer do if they are treated the same way? At all costs, treat your employees like you would any other service provider.

If you want to make your customers happy, focus on making your employees satisfied. Don’t treat them like slaves and expect them to treat clients like kings. The energy you give your employees is the same energy they will give to clients.
Remember, as employees, you are also circumstantial entrepreneurs. Your bosses are your clients, so treat them right.
