GROUP HR MANAGER- KWEKWE Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill in the above position. Requirements:A Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or senior HR role (preferably in a multi-branch or diversified organization).Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and NEC regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Aged below 35 years Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across all business units.Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff.Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.Ensure compliance with the Labour Act and relevant NECs (Catering, Retail, and Motor Industry).Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal systems.Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in HR records.Drive training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.Maintain effective communication and promote a positive organizational culture.Advise management on HR best practices and labour law compliance.
