🚨 WE’RE HIRING — RECRUITER (CANADIAN RECRUITMENT) 🇨🇦🇿🇼

Are you an experienced recruitment professional with strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills? HHI Global Services is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to support Canadian recruitment activities and work as an extension of an international client’s recruitment function.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and direct sourcing
• Screen and assess candidates against client requirements
• Conduct telephone and video interviews
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation
• Build talent pipelines for recurring vacancies
• Meet agreed recruitment KPIs and turnaround times
• Collaborate with the Canadian client team and HHI Global Services

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
✔️ Recruitment experience, with professional, technical or skilled roles preferred
✔️ RPO, staffing agency or international recruitment experience is an advantage
✔️ Strong sourcing and candidate screening capability
✔️ Excellent written and spoken English
✔️ Strong professional communication skills
✔️ Experience with LinkedIn, job boards and ATS platforms
✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

📍 Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
🕑 Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM CAT
💼 Employment: Full-time
💰 Salary: USD $750–$950 per month

🇨🇦 Important: This is a Canada-focused recruitment role based in Harare, Zimbabwe and does not involve relocation to Canada.
