To start a low-cost laundry business, you'll need the following:

5. Pricing Strategy: Determine competitive pricing for your services - you can charge at least $1 - $5 per KG depending on your location.
Blankets have a different price usually double the price for them, compared to clothes.
6. Staffing (optional): If needed, consider hiring part-time or contract staff.
