Big news deserves a big announcement.

The Africa State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Corporate Governance Summit 2026 is officially moving to the Kingdom of Lesotho.

Originally planned for Johannesburg, the Summit will now convene Africa's governance

leaders in Maseru following a strategic co-hosting partnership between ICS Africa Group and the Institute of Directors Lesotho.

More than a change of venue, this marks the beginning of a new chapter in Africa's governance journey.
