... What a time to be in ...
Since January this year there is not a day that I can say my heart hasn't been beat/worked .........at first it was out of of the unkown but I told myself I'm going to do it afraid anyway and see how far my plan would take me ( I mean my heart would just start beating fast and loud from nowhere, turn to sleepless nights .......... midway through the year I remember gasping for air just to stay afloat from all the experiences, leading to more sleepless nights........... today my biggest nemesis is to scale-up after covering a few new & unfamiliar holes,............ at this point the sleepless nights are now a common factor and so they aren't a pain point no more ......... ( given where we have come from, a clear sign of more problems but definite progress).
....my biggest takeout so far on this journey :
1. At phase Marketing plays more a back office role through R&D...until they get it right on CX ( Customer Experience) You can't gamble with today's customer and say you will address CX issues on the go....
2. Sales must take center-stage, there is too much dirty-work required to create a channel for ...... especially today.
3. Understand your value chain.... There is no progressing without understanding the role of all support functions ... , to mention but a few .... There is no without others...... Literally
It may work differently in your case, but this has been the path for me so far.............. and I can't wait to review this December......we officially turn 1year at &
...... So folks, if you are under to deliver on your plan(s) for the year..........then keep that foot on the pedal 🤞 and keep grinding.... 🙏
