Job Description
You will be responsible for the ongoing marketing and communications of existing events, resources, and online experiences. This position will create and maintain the online presence via the primary website, social media accounts, and email. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the company consultants aware of trends in engagement and sales on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversion.
-Manage social media channels (LinkedIn only), creating and curating compelling content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
-Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience.
-Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads across various marketing channels.
-Collaborate with the Learning & Career Consultants to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
-Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
· Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, particularly in email and social media marketing, website management, and lead generation.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), social media management platforms, and website CMS (Wix).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines as agreed upon or inform when extensions are required.
· Creative thinker with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
