One Month In: A Journey of Growth, Impact, and Purpose!

Time flies when you’re doing work that truly matters! It’s been one month since I stepped into the role of Chief of Staff to the Executive Director at AfriLabs and every moment has been, nothing short of, a masterclass in leadership, strategy, and impact.

Working under the mentorship of the Executive Director, Anna Ekeledo, a phenomenal transformative leader, has been both inspiring and empowering. The AfriLabs team has made this journey even more rewarding—collaborative, innovative, and committed to driving Africa’s innovation ecosystem forward.

Every day, I am reminded that I am part of something bigger and greater than myself—shaping policies across the continent, being a part of international high-level stakeholder engagements, and championing Africa’s position on the global innovation stage. This is more than a role; it’s a mission, and I am honored to be on this path.
